Ramalingam. L.

Legal Partner, FinLex • M.A. | LLB | LLM.

Ramalingam L. is an Advocate with academic qualifications including Master of Arts (M.A.), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM). His educational background encompasses postgraduate studies and legal education with the LLB providing foundational legal training and the LLM representing advanced study in law.

Ramalingam L. has over four decades of professional experience in legal practice, covering civil, commercial and personal law matters, cross-border legal documentation, Powers of Attorney and immigration-related legal documentation and coordination.

Kavita Bhatia

Partner, FinLex • CA | CS | LLB (UK) | CPA (USA) | MS (USA)

Kavita Bhatia holds professional and academic qualifications including Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Bachelor of Laws from the United Kingdom (LLB), Certified Public Accountant from the United States (CPA) and Masters of International Trade from the United States.

She is a senior business, regulatory and cross-border advisory professional with over 25 years of leadership experience across multinational organisations and multiple jurisdictions, including senior roles at Google, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, BP, Flipkart and Standard Chartered Bank.
